SCD is an amazing methods of detoxification because it eliminates the bacteria that cause havoc to the body's detoxification system.
SCD differs from other methods of detoxification, which work by removing toxins from the human body. Instead, SCD works by restoring the body's own toxin removal system and its damaged detoxification pathways.

Many children recover with SCD without the use of other detoxification methods.
However, it is possible that other detoxification method might help some children, especially those who disobey the diet often by consuming forbidden foods.
Dr Campbell-McBride has come up with a detoxification program that is a good fit with SCD. Her program has three components:
Detox Baths: Dr Campbell-McBride recommends having a detox bath every evening. Her suggestions include 1/2 cup baking soda, or 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar, or 1/2 cup Epsom salts, or 3 tablespoons of powdered seaweed. These can be rotated. Have as many baths in a day as you feel the need for. Use the water temperature that is comfortable for you. Dr Campbell-McBride recommends Aalgo Seaweed Powder:

Vegetable Juices
Dr Campbell-McBride recommends drinking lots of vegetable juices.
Dr. NCM also recommends introducing the veggie juice very
gradually, starting with a
few teaspoons a day. Dr. NCM said mixing some yogurt into the juice
should help it settle well on the stomach and/or help reduce too much
detox at once.
Green leafy vegetables contain chlorophyll and are good sources of plant juices. The chlorophyll is essential in cleansing impurities in blood and providing minerals as well as promoting regularity and reducing damage of cells from radiation.
Avoidance of Environmental Toxins.
Dr Campbell-McBride recommends avoiding environmental toxins.
Avoid perfumes and deodorants
Avoid pesticides, carpets dry cleaning
Avoid new furniture and carpets during the first year of this program
Stay away from pools with chlorine.
Fill your house with plants
Spend more time being outdoors

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM DR NATASHA CAMPBELL MCBRIDE
GAPS conditions are essentially digestive disorders. The digestive
system is a long tube; what you fill that tube with has a direct effect
on its well-being. That is why the diet is the most important and the
number one treatment. Everything else takes a second place..
