Tomato Juice - Canned

juice was never a problem and I doubt if the same procedures are
followed with its canning as with the other tomato products. If I can depend
on memory and years of cooking SCD™, Dr. Haas never cautioned us about tomato
juice and I can remember using it from Day 1. I guess the only way to really
check it out is to find someone who works in a cannery and get it
first hand."
