Limit of Three Cups of Yogurt Per Day

The general rule for yogurt consumption is "no more than three cups of yogurt a day". For a discussion of why, see:
The necessity of yogurt, and Yogurt limit exception.

Elaine retracts the 3 cups-a-day rule for yogurt... sort of, and writes:
Firstly, at the start of the diet eating huge amounts of one thing (cashews and raisins) will very often retard healing. Sooooo, it the general advice is to try to round out the diet with veggies, fruits, meat, etc. etc. But what you did with the yogurt (eating large amounts for several days in a row) has worked, as you said, for Seth and a few others and I, therefore, retract my 3 cup a day rule as long as you don't ingest huge, huge amounts for an extended period. By an extended period, I mean over a month.

What you are saying is important: everyone is different and one has to experiment. I hope that wonderful huge dose of good bacteria holds you in remission for a long, long time.
