Yes, you did and I meant it to apply to people with IBD. Of course, again, I am alone in the field of alternative and mainstream medicine who says this. But my guide is the fact that the "soil of the body" determines the type of bacteria that survive in the gut. And if one is on SAD, all that starch and sugar down there is bound to cause mutations in the probiotic which are all anerobic bacteria which live on carbohydrate.
