The only legal liquid multivitamin I could find was Metagenics, Mycelized Children's Multivitamin, that our doctor told us about.

Also, when my son is having a cold, etc, I sometimes give him extra Vit C. We buy the Natrol brand Ester-C powder. It is just the powder, no added ingredients. The label lists Vit C (as calcium ascorbate) and a small amount of calcium (as calcium ascorbate), so is just calcium ascorbate powder. It is very bitter though, so I have to mix it in some juice to get him to drink it. I adjust to a dosage appropriate for his age/weight.
