APPLESAUCE-CROCKPOT

Apples
1/2 cup water
Honey (optional)
cinnamon (optional)

Peel, core and cut desired amount of apples into 1/2- to 1-inch chunks.
Place the chunks in your CrockPot and add about 1/2 cup water.
Add honey and cinnamon (optional).
Set the CrockPot to low and cook four to six hours or until the apple chunks are very soft.
Blend in food processor or blender to get a smooth texture.
