Dairy free smoothie

1 cup cooked pear or apple
1/2cup Welch's grape juice (or use Dole pineapple or Tropicana orange as tolerated)
4-5 ice cubes
Optional for extra calories:
Coconut oil, honey, or other fruits (This is for more advanced stages)

Mix in blender or VitaMix
